I'll give this cloak away in one week's time to those a random lucky member of the clan Domination, provided they have six members with each one above 2k points. If that occurs, I'll wait until Sunday to see if Domination is number one for the week. If so, I'll upgrade the cloak and give out prizes to every member of the clan. Best of luck!
