Silly me, I unequipped all my armor to see what the NW /PR relationship is. When I put it all back on, I made the mistake of assigning a robe to my minion who has a tattoo. I was not warned. The tattoo was removed, with, I suppose, the loss in level.

new changelog: no loss in level when unequip tat. From the NW -> PR change.
