Need to borrow your BoNE and/or Morg for a short while (in Public Record)

somebody had told me of a better formula for the X of the morgul hammer to exist but wouldn't speak of the actual formula.

i have done many tests in search of better times but still i every time come back to this formula:

and to explain the numbers:

first column consists of the actual RPM figures
second column = RPM % increases per formula part
third column = the effectivity per part

cooling after first spell gives a rpm % that is the lowest
every RPM% increase gets divided by that number to get the effectivity.

total it would give you 10 points for an entire cycle and sweet spots would give the same pattern which is: 2 | 1 | 5 | 2

no need for your bones or morguls anymore, done my research :)
