Stats >> Characters >> Standings >> Most Powerful
Although I like the idea of a promotion (I've jumped four or five places) I think it's because some characters aren't showing up properly.
Bast (Bartlett) for example should be up with the rest of the top PRs but isn't showing. There are others missing too.

I'm still living in Rivendell - so I don't default to Lorien where the "missing" players are now living.
