A Very Special CB World Wide Post Card (in Off-topic)

I have been thinking about making a world wide CB Post Card since last year. I think I originally mentioned it to Wldflr/Sefton. Here is my crazy idea:
I mail, in an envelope, a Post Card from California with my game signature and location on it to someone I know on CB with whom I trust, like Todd or Saint. (Max, not Eric Martin, as I wouldn't want my sig floating around) In turn, they sign it and mail it in a new envelope with the cut off stamp I used and then mail that to someone they trust.
1. I sign it and put it in an envelope
2. They receive it and cut off my stamp from the envelope, sign the card, put the card and stamp into another envelope.
3. They mail it to a friend on CB with whom they trust. Post the mail date, game name of player mailing the letter, and game name of recipient being mailed to.
4. If you receive the postcare and it is too full for you to sign, purchase one from your area, sign it and add it to the envelope.
5. Repeat.
Why, you may ask? I have no clue. It just seems fun to watch. If there is an interest I will more than likely mail it to Todd to start it off. Sound good?

I would be willing to do it.
Ab fab idea, Max! (Is this just a philately trick? Are you a closet philatelist?)
Let us all just remember not to send to Vicious, who has already
proven most likely to ruin our fun. ;-)

Sign your game name correct?
Not the real signature, I'm with you about not letting that one float about all willy nilly.

If I had a name like willy nilly I wouldn't either. willy nilly is silly... heh
FYI, i don't open envelopes covered in white powder.
Great Idea. It would be cool to see how far, and where the postcard has been.

Perhaps explaining why would be a good idea. ;)

I'm in :P as is Tonya :)
I'd love to join in... but if my parents saw a postcard coming from willy nilly, they'd be really really super mad :(

Cool. :) Before you mail the card make sure you get the persons real name for the address as to not scare parents.
We are going to get this rolling starting from Chino Hills, California 91709. It will be mailed to Todd who lives in Canada.
Hopefully, we will be able to calculate the amount of miles our letter has traveled and that I will be able to update a GIF map of the world that will be posted in this thread.

Sure, count me in.
I want in on this as well. I don't know any "real" CBers other than you nerds, so I'll have to have a trustworthy person designated to me. Kaloo-kalay!

Shade, overnight it.
:)
Seriously, as long as it will get to the destination in a reasonable amount of time, great. I expect our letter will be traveling for some time before returning home.

You can get 2 for one at this address. GnuUzir and I are roommates.
if everyone kept cutting off the stamp it wouldn't make much of a postcard by the time everyone got it. Otherwise send me a corner, I will sign it and remail it to TUW. :)

Aco, or to bartjan ;)
Read the directions carefully. You will receive the card in an envelope. Cut the stamp off of that envelope. Sign the card with your CB username. Put the card, the canceled stamp, and all the other canceled stamps, in a new envelope. Address and add postage to your new envelope. Mail.
Using a new envelope each time precludes anyone sending CraniumBasher all of our addresses. You'll only receive the return address of someone who trusted you, and you will only send your return address to someone you trust.
Count me in if anyone wants to send it to me Chatmail me for my address
This sounds like an awesome Idea! I can't wait till it gets started
