Strange problem with my character, maybe an admin can help (in General)

Maybe an admin can help me on this.
I have a character call Samurai Masters. When I tried to switch to that character from my character drop down list, my whole screen refreshed and the character disappeared. Now I can't find the character at all not even in the retired list.
I thought it was auto-retired but I did not receive any warning email about it and that character was equipped with a few rare gears. Even if it was auto-retired, it should still appear in my retired list but nothing there. Please help, thanks.

That sounds like a bug I was getting with my fightlist: things would mess up, and after I fought someone, they would disappear from the list. This happened when I was using Internet Explorer, and the solution was to reload (didn't always work) or to restart the browser. Since I switched to Firefox, I haven't had this problem.

Of course, your problem could be completely different...

It was just in your retired list, and it should now appear normal as i unretired it.

Nope, it's not in my retired list. But now the character re-appeared on my list. It's all good now. That was a strange problem. Thanks to all who replied.
