Min Bid, or A Young Seller's Illustrated Primer (in General)

<rant>

when one posts something for sale, one has two options:

1. Do not list minimum bid but reserve the right not to sell unless happy with the price

2. set a min bid, refuse to sell below this amount, but if it's met, sell.

When one posts a minimum bid but will not sell for that amount, one is merely illustrating one's complete ignorance of the definition of minimum bid.

Excellent primer, but I was hoping for more illustrations.
