Named Katana to Hibishi (in Public Record)

After much thought and careful consideration (yea right) named Katana is being sent to Hibishi.

Congratulations! He's my prodigy, so I'm glad he won. =)

I liked Hibishi from his attitude to the game, he wanted to do well but was also funny and carefree at the same time.
When asked what he would do with the Katana he replied "I would use it to help me unblock my toilet", the sort of funny remarks we need once in a while here.
I also have to say that I was very disappointed in the number of entries and the quality of entries.
I received 4 CM entries and 2 of those had been a very bad presence in chat, the other unsuccessful candidate although seemed a decent new player wasn't too hot in his replys but I give him credit for being a close 2nd, well done Hibishi and thanks for your participation Billy_Bob.
Brandon, I shall pay you the 50k (to be used to help future new players) next week when have earned it.
