Only NW of Armor Adds To PR? (in General)

i just thought it very strange as it is only armor that adds to your PRmy ELS and Compound dont add anything

There seems to be a bigger gap with weapons. You have a lot more choice but my weapons add a lot of PR seeing as they are "Slightly" oversized

There is an allowance for your weapons. Duke figured it as have others to be somewhere about 50 cb2 per 1 MPR. So if your under that youll not get PR added.
