Friend using computer (in Public Record)

My friend is over at my house for awhile so he's going to use my computer and his account. His character is Immortal Soul. Thanks!

Question: what about:

jones
jonolan
ghost
desickert
freedomringer
disinfectant

are they also friends playing on your IP?

you have a lot of transfers going on between all of those accounts, which if it is all yourself playing, is not allowed.

His username is DLollman (immortal Soul)

To be honest, yes they're my friends. That's why I asked you (Shade) because after reading the rules I realized that I didn't want to get banned for teaching my friends how to play Carnage Blender. Sorry for the confusion, I should have posted all the others as well.

I showed Leon the replies.... he told me what to put, they're all his friends, pretty much all of ours. I'm just logged in like he said I would be, so I didn't feel like logging in as leon...

It's a great game. We wanna make our own clan and maybe rise to the top in awhile? We're sorry for the misunderstanding, we were just trying to do what is right. It's easier to teach people in person rather than over IM.

*sigh* it doesnt really matter how many "friends" you have using the computer, you can have as many accounts on the same IP as you want...u only run into problems when you begin transfering items between the players.

let me lay it out for you:

you wont have problems as long as you:

dont give stuff to them for free
make one sided or obviously biased transfers
give loans to them
give loads of cash to them
forge for them (maybe if you did it at market value, but then its still a touch and go subject)
ect...

im pretty sure im right about this...any admin want to back me up/ prove me wrong?

and it seems weird you make a post about one friend coming over, but you have like 6 friends using the same IP already, without mention. They have their own computers to use or just yours?

I do have one thing to say in this kids defense.

When I was 14 years old, out of all of my friends only one of us had a computer too. And yah, I played online games from his comp.

I know, it's shady, but give the kid a break, he might be telling the truth.

Stay out of your friends accounts though, DO NOT post as them. Makes you look MORE like a multi.

Undertow, keep in mind that computers have become a lot more commonplace since then. ;) I wouldn't have a problem with it, but there are quite a few odd transfers.

ok, this is leon6769 i had dlollman type for me earlier b/c he was playing on his game (as i had said that he was coming over and was going to play on my comp). you guys are blowing this way out of porportion... here is the honest to god truth....if you dont believe this im sorry.. i had friends over and they had seen me playing the game and asked if they could play?(this is generalizing its not everyone of them saying this but its close) of course i said sure and let them play on there own accounts and when they were done playing and they had generously gave me there items and such b/c most of them dont have computers.....you may think that everyone does but around here we usually dont altho there is a few......my friend dlollman does play often he came over so we could play together...wich then i saw that you can get banned for multiple accounts and started to worry so lollman and i decided to ask "shade" if it would be alright...he said it should be fine just dont trade and you should probably make a post so i did not thinking of my other friends transfers i didnt mention them in the post b/c i thought nothing of them at the time but now i see how suspicious it looks but pls take my word for it i really enjoy this game and i dont want to get banned. i take responsiblity for me not reading the rules properly, i understand what it looks like but they were real people not made to intentially to break the rules i hope you believe me b/c thats all i can say i dont know what else to put but

So, I banned the mentioned accounts, and fined leon $50k, which is more or less the amount of cash transferred away from those accounts.

So which is the honest to God truth.......? Multiple accounts means you made them, and noone else. I'm fine with it all now, now that it's worked out and all, i just wanted to know...=P

Just make sure no more accounts...and no one sided transfers between you or him....=X
