upgrades would be very costly beyond + 15

hmm VA gloves...sounds like a ripping idea but there is no way you could use them with a morg or BTh. Yes it would be nice but way overpowered

I like it, I don't think it's that overpowered. You could always have it stack like evasion.

At least with morgul/BTH and VA you can dispell VA. Could you imagine 60-65% life gain? that is obscene.

Lol, blood sucking boots =P I personally think if it was done, make it a shield. We have ONE decent shield for Tattoo minions, and many don't want dex penalties so high.
a shield that can be worn with tats!

GPV has had the best point yet. Jonathan removed the TSA because the + would raise strength too much (at least that is what I assume), but the TSA also enhanced BL. A BL-enhancing item added at this point would be fair and balanced. That is a great point GPV. Can we stop talking about VA now? *smile*

sssimmo 15% is all you could get without spending a ton of cash. the reason for this item is simple va is almost useless now that we have DM

If its granted from armour then it isn't cast therefore unaffected by dm. Same as how other armour grants st and dx which is like gs and haste.
15% is pretty good still.
