help with my stratagy (in General)

A Lesser Tattoo of Augmentation lvl 3,370
3,328 Bolts [10x5] (+3)
A Great Axe [56x10] (+8)
A Heavy Crossbow [4x13] (+8)

here are my stats how can i make my guy better because i have been losin alot and i think it could be because of my stratagy or it could be because of my equipment please help

first remedy: train more ST and DX :)
second: get more AC (but not too much yet because of NW -> PR effect)

first of all..... try to keep hp str and dx even on your tank,

then train every bit of exp, since your still getting what little you have. It might be worth it to drop Bloodlust since you take extra damage in melee and miss a round of ranged..... now if you get a bow, it's possible you could get archery which fires one more round in ranged and does 40% more damage, which will get you quicker kills. Just suggestions tho.

Third: get a compound instead of a crossbow.

Your strat is fine. Its a nice simple single tank. Your score is above your PR so you are doing OK there. You are probably running into you gear not keeping up with your desire so to speak. Basically you need to look at getting the next level of gear. Look for a Katana, Vorpral Blade, or Executioner's Sword for your next melee weapon. With bloodlust you can stick with a heavy crossbow until looking for maybe an Enforcer's Crossbow or an Assassin's Crossbow. Also you should look into a Tattoo of Augmentation to replace your lesser one. That's about all I can help you with. Lastly you could consider adding another minion, even a all Hit Points high armor class wall should add to your wins :)
