According to the Blacksmith page:
"Currently upgrades take 2 minutes per point upgraded."
Is this right? I thought it was 4 (and stated so in the Wiki). Or does it change as the queue grows?
Second question: all my low-level gear is not upgradeable in the Blacksmith right now. Is it just because the queue is over two hours long?

The blacksmith works faster when he's busy, and he also does not accept small jobs if the queue is too long.
The Wiki is not an authoritive source of information, but given enough time, all errors in it should get fixed (or replaced with new errors ;)

The blacksmith will never accept requests to upgrade low level melee weapons no matter how much free time he has. He will never take a job to upgrade a cutlass as far as I can tell.

cap is more around $300 I think, because i can put in a 600 NW worth upgrade on a base high level item.
