Name changes from CB1 to CB2, and in CB2 (in General)

First it was finding out that Chet was Sutekh.

Now I just found out my loan officer MegamanV is Unbreakable, I had no idea.

What's with people completely changing thier name? You're all crazy.

So I thought I'd just start this thread. Post any names you've ever used, ESPECIALLY BETWEEN CB1 AND CB2, because you can't just look that up.

Obviously, if your trying to be stealth ninja, you don't have to post. ;)

I've been Undertow, and Trevelyan way back in the day when I played for a couple of months.

In CB1 I was "Sukotto", in CB2 I'm "Sukotto". The difference is subtle, and most people don't even notice.

In CB1 I was "Lukeyman".

CB2 I was Lukeman, But now i'm sticking with Lukey.

The reason: first, it was for anonymity. That didn't last long.

The REAL reason: CB2 was a fresh start, so I wanted a fresh theme. As I told Todd in a different thread, you don't have to work very hard to see where my theme comes from on CB2.

I was stephen_young when I first Joined CB1 years ago. Then I found out that there already was a Stephen, so I went with a more fantasy bent with the whole Vampire thing. Carried over to CB2.

Mines pretty hard to comprehend but just take a closer gander at the similar names on both 1 and 2...=P

i lost some letters of my CB1 name :P

If you assume "Oh, the community knows I changed names!" I'd be willing to bet your wrong.

RAMPAGE on CB1 = RAMPAGE on CB2
Keep it simple and you will confuse more people. =)

If you ever go on RS or Nightfire the keep an eye out for 'Scotchfrisky' or 'Paaul' or 'Gaddorn' or 'Wherl' or 'Wilt' or 'Merk' or stuff ;)

It isn't overly helpful when so many people change their names completely though, makes you wonder who the hell you are talking to.

I was always RedWolf on cb1 and cb2 until about a month ago....don't like this name at all, planning to change it back as soon as i get the chance :P

i'm dark gift in cb1, and was the same here for about thirty minutes. then i realized i was bored with that.
i'll probably be changing again soon... been feeling random lately.

From the spellchecker page:
"A note about names: CB users are recognized if you uniquely identify them in at least 4 letters. So, 'val' is not recognized as 'Valgasu', but 'valg' is. However, if there is also a user named 'Valgrind', you would have to type more."

So if you could name yourself that you wouldn't have a problem, even by saying most just most of it. The problem with your longer name choice is that I believe you are restricted to no more then 20 characters.

In CB1 I'm nobody... no really I'm not there and it won't let me in so stop looking for 'nobody' because it isn't me.
