Ok guys just for the fun of it, also since everyone keeps asking me, I am going to start a bid on who the person in the pic is. The person with the highest bid will receive half of all proceeds and the name of the person in the pic.

This is indeed not a contest reguardless of what you plan to do with the money after this is all over. What going on is we are bidding for personal information, which is not yours. The bidding process is meant to be, in a way, cryptic such that the actual bids are half of what we all pronounce.
In fact seeing as this is presented as an auction for personal information, this may very well fall under one of the many computer crimes we have in place today. Also, it may be required that you have the written permission of the person in the photo in order for it to be used for public display. Then again I am no lawyer and I don't think we're going to be too pushy on the photo itself.
