Guardian Angel attacks friendly s, and familiars also attack friendly (in General)
ExtraStick's familiar takes damage from his own Fireball (2039)!
ExtraStick's familiars Fireball hit Swarm's familiar , ThePwnageStick 
ThePwnageStick's Guardian Angel smote ExtraStick's familiar (193)
My familiar is also doing damage to my "ThePwnageStick" ???? and my "ThePwnageStick"'s Guardian Angel Is attacking a friendly.... is it just Dispel Magic that the opponent is doing that thats affecting it or what?
I actually kind of think its funny, but Guardian Angel shouldn't do that....
First of all--its not the familiar thats attacking your friendlys, its FB (FB attacks friendly minions in melee) and since GA retaliates for all attacks, your GA retaliates the attack made by your own familiar :)

Fireball has splash damage that does damage to all of your minions excepting the caster, and GA does damage to whatever minion damaged the minion with GA on it.
who the heck made fireball attack friendly s in melee.... I no longer like FB >_< thnx for the info though But it does also attack opponents in melee right? so its not JUST attacking friendly s... by the looks of it, it attacks opponents as well, Does it do less damage to friendly s as it does to enemy's? because yet again, thats what it looks like :P

the splash damage is way less.
So that means yes it does to less damage to friendlys
(and btw. thnx guys for being such nub friendly, I thought I was gonna get flamed for this topic :P)
Now for all the other noobs out there that reads this, they know a little more about FB :P

FB hits up to 5 minions in melee. If your opponent has less than 5 on thier team, it will hit minions on your own team (not including the caster) until it hits the cap of 5 targets.
Minions on your team take a reduced amount (I think it's a fifth) of damage from FB.

From the 'misc for May' changelog:
Cleaned up some of the damage code; things work more like you would expect now -- at least if your intuition is the same as mine. For example, now FB's damage to friendly minions is halved before armor etc. is applied, rather than after.

That is direct from the spell description page you get to from the Train page.
Its all right there is you look for it. The part about unprotected minions was relevant when COBF's were in play. Now it is a reference to a TBF.
