Selling HOE to Starkadhr Gudbrande (in Public Record)

I am selling my base HOE to Starkadhr Gudbrande.

These are the terms.

1.3 million in total over 21 days.

150k downpayment.

I will "loan" the item to him for a week at the time. After the 1.3 is fully paid, the item will then be transferred to him.

If after 21 days the total 1.3 million is not paid. then I get to keep the HOE and all money paid so far.

I know those are very stringent rules, but we all can thank others for the lack of "trust" in payplans lately.
