Max tattoo level question and naming. (in General)

Hi all,

Question about max tattoo level.

Lets say my max tattoo level on a character I have is 500k.

Now lets say that I have a tattoo 490k. So my tattoo will grow.

But if my tattoo is named, then is my tattoo over the max level since
490k times 1.04 is 509.6k?

From what I have seen already in the game, the latter is the case, that is naming does put your tattoo over the max level and prevents it from growing. This is from experiences I have seen already in the game.

Can someone confirm this?

Also, can Jon confirm this and confirm this is how it is susposed to be?

No wonder my tattoo stopped growing even when it was lower than the max. tattoo level. Didn't think about that.

As far as I can see is the max tattoo level much more than the 10k as it is in your example. Naming a tattoo will never put you over the max level. I have never seen this. A 490k tattoo will have at least 528k max level. :)

Max Tattoo Level isn't based on tattoo level. That would be just silly.
