Buying BoNE from Ranger (in Public Record)

I am buying Darksword of Devastation [92x46] (+34) $2,050,005 for 3.8M on a payplan

It is coming back from a loan in 4 days, so at that time I will send a 1M down payment, minimum
weekly payment will be 500k per week. If I miss a payment without informing Ranger that I cannot
get on to Cb the BoNE and all money paid becomes his. There will be a maximum of 6 weeks
for the payplan to be completed.
