NUB Question (in General)

Does the NUB apply to CB2 gains per battle as well as XP, or only XP? I see a lot of New Players with large purses...1 mil+ at very low MPR levels. Doesn't that seem a bit odd to anyone else?

I think it effects CB2 as well.... To let them experience the amount of cash they would have made if they had fought from 1st of Jan.

The bonus applies to all your rewards. Both xp and cash.

Why do they need all the cash to let them catch up to everyone? I can understand the exp bonus but the cash thing is a little over-the-top isn't it? I remember scraping together 25k to buy my first long sword and upgrade it at the blacksmith. Just my .02 cents.

I think the rationale for the increased rewards is to let them catch up to all of the older players in terms of being able to buy items to help them out. As the older players have made and accumulated a lot of cb2 over the time they played, the New Players have to accumulate the same in a much shorter time to catch up.

Say the NUB was only exp then, say I want to start a tank, I'd be growing fast but wouldn't have good weapons or armor to keep up with my character.

Imagine having a 200k mpr character and only having a katana, that's not really upgraded.

PS, Inferno = Monty 2.0

PS. Wonderpuff is a troll.

Inferno paid me his loan and well within the month he was given. Do not start tossing such a title out to players before you know what is going on .
