Killing a players NUB, illegal? (in General)

This is evil, and that's why I thought of it. But, is it illegal to send a player with a NUB a character that will kill their NUB?

I don't think it's been mentioned anywhere else. But I want to know for sure. /evil grin.

By illegal, I mean punishable by reset/fine/ban/skinned'n'burnt alive/butchered/incinerated/hung/shot/shot'n'hung/casted away.

If the New User doesn't fight with the old character, they won't lose their bonus.

new players should be made aware of that 'problem' when they accept a trade of characters.

You'll just end up sending them a new farm.

Ranger sent my GF a base character in attempt to vanquish the noob and it failed, she had it on her original character. She requested this of course.
