Oversize tattoos and PR (in Changelog)

Tattoos will now only increase your PR by at most the amount a similar tattoo whose level was your "max tattoo" would.
If you have an oversize tattoo equipped you will want to un- and re-equip it for this to take effect for you.

This makes buying tattoos so much easier because now I don't need to hunt for a super specific tattoo.

lowered mine 150~ or more, strange i didn't even know my tat was oversized
would this affect someone who's tattoo was smaller than the max tattoo? it seems my PR has dropped as well, and my tattoo was well below the max.

Seems something's wrong to me as well. My PR was +800k and now it's just over 600K. My tattoo, however, is way below my cap.

In fact, my PR without my tattoo is 717k.. with my tat, it goes down to 606k..

It seems to have changed my rewards as well:
You are awarded $382 and your Minions receive 139 exp each.
You are awarded $336 and your Minions receive 198 exp each.

That's exactly what it should be -- if your tattoo wasn't oversized.

umm...what was the point? (newb mode)
I added a level 40K ToJ to a New charcater, with a max Tattoo level of 20. I know the ToJ would act like it was level 20, but doing so bumped my new charcaters score to 30K odd!!!
Not viable to fight like that.
