If I have the moment

Jack is playing from the same building as I. We share an IP on our network at Florida State. I told him about this game but we do not exchange equipment or CB2$ or anything of the sort.

Check out many more players that have same situation.

They are different people, it is just the stupid proxies that cause different people to have same ip shown to others.

Like shade told me, different players can be on same ip but on different sides of the world.
