Banned Vrapli, reset damion188. Using multiple accounts by the same person happens to be exactly the definition of a multi.
Damion has had a little meltdown in chat, for which he was /killed.
He came back as KILL_ALL_ADMINS, and /killed, if y'all would like to get rid of that one as well.
