$133,308,006 in central bank? (in General)

Grim Reaper September 29 2005 12:10 PM EDT

How could 120mill come in in like 1-2 months time.

If the gloves that were traded in were converted or destroyed and the Altar gloves given out, would the gloves nw be converted into cash and placed into the bank? Or could it be that the auctioneer sends the money to the bank instead of destroying the money.

I am watching everyday or two at the total cash in the game and it is not too much compared to previous days.

QBRanger September 29 2005 12:19 PM EDT

Its due to the new rares spawning directly into auctions. All the money from their sales are sent to Central Bank.

When it gets to a billion do we all get free prizes. Or maybe we should wait until Christmas. Wow that's a thought, Jon playing the role of the all-mighty and Santa Clause all at the same time. =P

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] September 29 2005 12:39 PM EDT

Tournament prizes maybe?

;)

TrueDevil [AAA] September 29 2005 1:49 PM EDT

I just realized we/somebody didn't get any prize for the 50 mil battle ?

Quark September 29 2005 1:58 PM EDT

Total cash may be relatively constant because Central Bank isn't destroying the auction proceeds. But the net effect is that the users are getting poorer despite the NUB as the proportion of liquid assets shifts over to Central Bank. Helps to explain the paucity of CB2 to USD sales and the increasing exchange ratio.

in May, there was under $600M in cash in the game, not counting central bank

now there is over $750M, again not counting central bank

stop crying "the sky is falling" when you have no idea what you're talking about

QBRanger September 29 2005 4:08 PM EDT

Yes,
But what percentage of that cash is made/held by characters with the NUB.

Tezmac September 29 2005 4:11 PM EDT

Wow, Ranger brought up the NUB...
Odd....

My guess is Tourny's i remember Jon saying something about there being a tourney announcement this month.
What else would the cash benefit?

Jordan23 September 29 2005 9:00 PM EDT

Does somebody can tell me what is the percentage of the 750 million is on the NW of gears ? Maybe that will tell us how much free money is on the market.

CoolWater September 29 2005 9:04 PM EDT

Jordan, I think that 750 mil Jon mentioned was the liquid assets which is all cash. But right now the liquid assets is around 950 mil. And dividing that to the total users, on average you have around 197k per user.

Grim Reaper September 29 2005 9:04 PM EDT

$953,002,115 total liquid assets
$6,319,151,895 total item net worth

750mill cash is not nw it is actuall cash laying around added up from all characters, not sure if that includes retired but I do know retired characters show up in character stats so.... Maybe they do count.

7billion cb in 10months... not bad

Dawg !!!come on!!! Where is the money that you hide...LOL
