need strat advice (in General)

I finally have the 2.5 mil required to add a 2nd minion to my main character, so what should I do with it? I was thinking of adding a mage to my single tank but i doubt that would work. I could finally buy some armor, or just up my BoNE. What should I do, since I like CB1 better than this game and I have no clue to what a good strat is in this game.

Just in case, I'm talking about my character Carp Tank.

What about an enchanter with AMF/GA or AMF/AS?

Those would be my suggestions as you do not even have AMF now.

that depends entirely on who you plan on attacking and if you want to keep using a ToJ. Keeping the ToJ, I'd add a minion to wear the ToJ and cast AMF/VA (or prot)
and armor your tank up however you want (I like heavy tanks with Haste enchanters, but I also like the RoS...go figure!).

I think you should invest in some armor, it'll reduce your damage taken and keep you alive more often to melee to use that BoNE. Plus, you need to keep adding NW to your weapons. I would recommend you focus a little more on ranged and up your compound, since you are using archery. Plus, even a little AMF would be a great thing for you since this is mage-blender after all. And unless you plan to switch to a ToA like everyone else has, I'd say stay single tank. It makes it much easier outgrow them and gives you some good teams to farm.

I'd drop archery and switch to BL.

Then I'd train VA.

Then I'd grab a second minion.

I'd put the ToJ on him.

I'd make him an AMF only enchanter.

Now you've got 2 walls between you and your opponent. That's hopefully 2 rounds, maybe more maybe less, before you see him. Most of ranged. Then you get your freak on with your bone and BL.
