I recently retired my best char and started a new one. I generate 10ba/10min but when i come back (after using all my ba) i have a random number of ba that isnt a multiple of 10. Ive had 75,79,85 and someothers i cant remember. is there something wrong?

Since you obviously didn't check what Ranger posted, I'll go ahead and C&P it for you.
Q: Is it possible to get less BA than I normally would at refresh time?
A: Yes; when your BA is (re)loaded for various reasons you will get BA proportional to the amount of time passed; it is possible to get fractional amounts of the normal refresh rate this way.
