I had an idea to do that a couple months back, everyone called me crazy, and it wouldn't work, but looks like it can be done. Just imagine a whole clan full of people doing that! hahaha!

iirc, bought BA with stay with you until you use it, but you won't get refresh BA unless you're under 160.

You can buy all the BA you want, but after it hits 160 you no longer get the free BA.
