Melee & Spell Qs (in General)

If you are fighting someone with a Melee fighter, which of yours do they target? Your first minion(the one on the most LEFT on the training page)? I know Spells are different, Magic Missle hits biggest(right?), fireball hits All of them, etc.

The other Question was If you have a minion with a Spell/Weapon/Range Weapon, will be use all three at a normal rate?

Melee fighters target your first minion.

Bows/crossbows/slings target your first minion, unless you have seeker arrows/bolts equipped (see below).

Magic missile targets your first minion.

Bows and crossbows with seeker arrows/bolts target your highest DD spell caster, as in effective levels.

Enforcers crossbow targets your highest str minion. (after all spells take effect)

Assassins crossbow targets your highest Dex minion. (after all spells take effect)

An Enforcers or Assassins crossbow with seeker arrows target the highest DD spellcaster. That is the seeker bolt overrides the inate power of the xbow.

If you have a Spell/Weapon/Range Weapon, the spell takes priority if/when it is to be cast. IE if you have COC/MH/ELB all on a minion, until the COC is able to be cast (melee round 1) you will use any equipped items. The first round you can cast your DD spell, it takes priority.

Slayer bolts and arrows target the first minion but do more damage than regular ammo.

Hope this helps.

attack happen from left to right(from the point of view of the train page) fb and coc target all when they cast, mm and decay target the first minion, attacker with normal ammo and slayer ammo target the first same for melee, seekers target the strongest dd.

dd spells take priority over range and melee weapons.

1) Left most minion.

2) If you have a Spell trained, it will use that first when in range (4 = First Ranged round, 1 = Melee). Then you will use a weapon, Melee wepaons will not be used in the Ranged rounds. Ranged weapons will continue to be used in Melee rounds if you don't have a Melee weapon. Last and least of all is UC. That will only be used in Melee if you don't have a melee weapon, but strangely enough, you can use a Ranged weapon and UC will over ride it in Melee.

I hope this helps!

Left out spells.

FB and CoC hit all minions. MM and Decay hit left most minion as weapons do.

Seeker Ammo targets minion with largest trained DD.
EXBow targets minion with largest trained Strength.
AXBow target minion with largest trained Dexterity.

Seeker ammo overrides targeting of E/AXbow. But if there is no DD, will revert back to E/AXbow targeting.

Thank you guys, those were extremely great responses. I'm going to add this to Wiki in "Fighting". =)
