Suggestion about ROE. (in General)

Since the ROE does not gain levels, and since people only use them for a limited amount of time, is there any reason that ROE's cannot be put in rentals?

Since a lot of us have these items just sitting around, how about letting those of us with them make a bit of money from them?

Just a thought.

Let's bring back tattoo rentals in general.
Any levels it gains are offset by higher and higher fees for putting it in rentals. If that isn't enough, freeze the level of rented tattoos so it doesn't gain.

so you don't have others pay to increase the NW of *your* tattoo.
