My Idea about Waiting for BA (in General)

well I once played a game that ran a turn based game(similar to BA) that of course people waited around for hours waiting for more turns... Well it also had a chat thing and one day someone got bored and made (I guess its called a bot) that gave random questions to people and kept track of who got how many right. They were normally really hard but it was fun and something to do while u waited with u friends. I thought it would be cool to make a seperate room in chat to do that... so any thoughts? plz dont just say its horrible... say y or if u like say y

Nice little challenge for some of our more gifted players. We had lumpbot in CB1, Frodbot in CB2.

Quizbot would be a nice variation imo, and stop me running stupid contests :)

It would be nice esp if there was a prize involved.

The prize thing would be whatever the person created wanted it to be... though I meant this purely for fun not for any kind of gain but thats up to the Mob lol

Yeah, it would be fun...Then on trivia nights you could play for prizes and through the rest of the week you can just play for fun.

I like this idea. It would be something to do while waiting that long 10 minutes for BA lol

If Jon gave me the details on how to connect, I think the chat would use IRC, its Java's HotSpot Client. If theres a way to connect to it in IRC I could run a Quiz Bot.

This is a cool idea, but it is generally Jon's policy to avoid using bots anytime that a player can perform the same function. As it is, we have all sorts of contests run by players, often with rewards.

Maybe instead of a bot, we could designate a player as the official CB Contest Administrator, with rewards consisting of items/cash that have been taken from banned players?

honestly I got no clue what people talking about with IRC and all... Yes I did get it from LoL but... still I like the idea and from what i understand from you all so do you. But if you do it with a person then it becomes boring cus only that person can run it. Thats why I said it should be a bot cus its always there for people who log on at different hours.

I love questions that can be fun and challenging

Question can be like:

*Are you a Multi?
*Do you like the NUB?
