Where did my bought BA go? (in General)

I just bought 150 BA twice, and the system says I'm still out of BA. But the buy BA popup from the Get More BA link has reduced my total available by 300. What's up?

I'm on IE 6 under XP. Worked fine last night from home, but now behind the work proxy it didn't.

I have lost 200BA :-(

And FYI I'm getting my earned BA refreshing but that 300 BA disappeared. I can't confirm if it reduced my cash because I don't track my cash balance that closely.

Same problem here, just bought 200 BA, didn't get it, but my purchasable BA amount went down to 300 from 500.

As noted in the "new link and stuff" thread:

yes, there was a bug in effect briefly while I was working on BA purchasing just now. it's fixed now.

It looks like my BA vanished like a fart in the wind.....No refunds, no exchanges, and don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out! :P

I've been seeing a lot of strange quirks since they start messing with the left hand window.
Try refreshing the left window so far that has worked for me so far.

So if the bug is fixed, can I have my 300 BA now? Or if I never paid for it, can I get my max increased?

I hear from Glory that there are no refunds or increases to the BA limit. Is it too complicated to run a query on purchases in the past x minutes and run a credit to those players?

Isn't an ellipsis made of 3 periods? He used 5, so thats out and it was a linebreak, not a new paragraph.

So, the quitting time has now been cut to the exact same post as the coming back post.

I tried to buy some BA yesterday, it took the amount of BA available to buy off of the counter, but didn't take my money OR give me BA. i miss buying BA on the other screen...why can't we have both? too complicated?

no, i didn't hit cancel, and if i did, it should've still shown that i had like, 400something BA left to buy.

But whenI use the link Verifex used it says I cannot buy any BA left.

And I noticed it did not take money for the 222 BA that I tried to buy.

Interesting,

I installed FF and ran CB2 on it and guess what, I can buy my 222 BA now.

So it seems this is a IE bug.

Is anyone surprised? xP

I can't buy my BA .. not sure how much i lost but I know it's about 200 - 300 ... I can't use ff at work so I'm stuck with good ol IE ... :(

I logged in with my IE browser.

Works fine for me on both IE and FF.

I use FF and i lost the several hundred BA yesterday. i didn't lose money, i just lost the ability to buy them, they disappeared, and i didn't get 'em.

must not be just an IE issue. in addition, when you run out of BA, the link there still sends you to manage characters, even though you can't buy BA there. i want to just get it on manage characters, though, so, please can we have Both options? :)
