Yesterday my BA was around 300 per to purchase and today it seems to have gone up to 763 per. Price gouging on the BA are we lol ... I just today retired my character with NUB and have waited about an hour and the BA price is still up there. I don't have a character with NUB or NCB ... is there any reason that the BA is that expensive that I might be overlooking?
It might be that your ba price will stay the same until cache flush but that is only a guess.

you still have active NUB
you just don't see it because your other characters are ineligible
so until Nov 11th is my BA going to reflect the NUB price? It makes sense except for yesterday .. was it a bug that I had prices of 300 per BA yesterday?

his account still has NUB i think jonathan is trying to say, so even without an active NUB character his BA cost still is higher naturally...
So it's not really worth any New Player buying a Top character within their first four months then?
