Forging Strat Question (in General)

Let's say that I want to forge some stuff for a strategy I want to implement in the future. I want to save not just 30%, but 80%, meaning, i want to forge the stuff myself. the thing is, that costs BA.

This brings me to my question, which has to do with my NUB, and is sort of 2 part.

1) How much does the NUB affect forging, as far as, does it take less BA to do the same job, or...how does that work?

2) Taking answer 1 into account, would it be better to fight out my last month of BA and get more XP and MPR, etc. before forging anything for Myself, or to forge now while i have the bonus?

or, should i just suck it up, save up some money, and pay to have it forged, fighting all the while just so that i can keep upping my MPR? (which i really want :P)

fight and earn money so u can pay someone else to do it for you while your increasing mpr which is beneficial for you and your forging ability..also..having someone else forge for u helps the community by spreading the cash flow around..^_^

Question 1: Yes the NUB helps you forge in the amount of the NUB. IE if the NUB is 150%, you forge at 250% greater effectiveness then someone without it. Given the same MPR.

Question 2: I prefer to fight rather then forge. Yes, you get more money from forging, esp if your in an econ clan. But the loss of MPR, IMO, would hurt far more than the money you get from forging. IMO, there is no substitute for MPR, even NW can only help so much.

Does the NCB work with forging like the NUB?

As I understand NCB equals NUB without the money reward boost from fighting. xp and forging are benefits of both.
