BA regen problems (in General)

I've been getting 7/10 BA since around 9 PM yesterday.

I read FAQs > BA > 6. But I thought that was only temporary. This has been going on for quite some time.

I noticed this happen right after I learned DD on Brock and Hank, and then unlearned it. I only lost about 1k MPR. Yes, I use RoE.

Maybe these two bugs have something to do with each other.

7/10 is a normal BA refresh rate, I forget what % of the #1 players MPR it happens at, but it does happen

Once your VPR is 45% of the top VPR then you hit 7 regeneration rate.

Also remember your amount of BA per day you can buy is based on your regeneration rate. At 7 rate the max you can buy a day is 503.
