Training Suggestion (in General)
I think it would be neat if there was a transfer xp for each minion in training. U know like if u have more then one minion and u decide to fire one u can transfer it's xp to the other minion. I think that's a great idea, what do u guys think??
you'd have people hire minions and then fire them to transfer the xp and do it all over again ...
im all for it!!! :P

You may not know this, but though experience is split up between minions, the more minions you have, the more total experience you gain. If you were to be able to transfer experience around, we'd have to get rid of this bonus.
In short, I think this seams like a half-baked idea. It'd create an imbalance in the game, and as stated in the above post, people with spare money could keep hiring minions, firing them and transfer the experience over. Experience isn't bought. It is earned.
actually pixel, no you're wrong, its the same throughout now.

Your not the first to come up with this, you won't be the last. Jon says no.

Can't really blame him for getting it wrong. For a looooooooooong time, the "Hire a Minion" page said you would.

No one can deny that this would be a nice feature, but it's simply too easily exploited, not to mention unbalanced.

Since when? I thought 4 minions did get a little more XP than a single minion?

IndependenZ: in cb2 experience is equally divided among the minions, 1 minion gaining 100 exp, would be 2 gaining 50 each, would be 3 gaining 33 1/3 each, would be 4 gaining 25 each.
no bonuses since the start of CB2 and this has been corrected from the train -> enlist page recently.
common misunderstanding but an old one :)
Well the 33 1/3 formula rounds up to the nearest exp per minion to 34 so this is where the 'extra' exp comes from. rather trivial if you ask me though.

actually it doesn't:
they all get 33 1/3 IF it would be that number, but mostly they would either all get 33 or 34, but then you would have 99 or 102 exp total gain
From my understanding the system does keep exp in non-whole numbers but shows it as whole numbers for easy viewing. This would explain why you can't train those last bits of exp even though it says you have enough for another point but when you try to train it doesn't work. Or has this since changed too?
