Leather Gauntlets Question (in General)

I'm trying to update the Wiki with the Armor Functionality section and I came across a question.

Do Leather Gauntlets have a negative bonus to Enchantments?

If so it isn't clearly stated in the Wiki.

Also, it says that the robe is more expensive to upgrade than the cloak.
Is this also true even though the robe has a higher AC?

Someone should do a test like I did for cab versus cap, but then for Robe/Cloak. But I do think Cloaks will win this one...

Robe - No. Cloak is better.

LGs - Check item stats. If it has a penalty to magic, then it will have a smaller effect on enchantments.

Mr. Chuckles, Leather Gauntlets actually have no effect on enchantments.
Bartjan, I would love to see someone do this with the robe and cloak besides just assuming one way or another.
