Ranger has agreed to insta down The Ugly Stick [84x91] (+67) 16,015,978 MH (7 months 15 days) to my Morgul-Hammer [84x50] (+30) 2,012,913 @ 75%.
The exact amount I will owe Ranger will be 10,502,299 CB2.
Since both of our MH's are in rentals and Rangers gets out in ~2 days and mine ~8 days, Ranger will send his MH when it comes out of rentals. As soon as I have recognized the MH in my inventory I will send a down payment of 7M CB2. When my MH gets out of rentals I will transfer my MH to Ranger.
A 30 day balance will start equal to 3,502,299 CB2 which will be interest free the first 30 days. If the balance is still outstanding after 30 days a reasonable interest rate will be agreed upon, if applicable.

The interest after 30 days will be 0.0% as all my interest rates are. Im sure if you cannot pay the 3.5 million in 30 days, something must have come up.

Due to the large insta, and the large downpayment, the total for the insta is reduced to 10 million.
