He was hoping that whatever is "stuck" has something to do with the 4-min. wait time -- so he was trying to force a change and unstick it.

if you check the transfer log for 'auctioneer' and blacksmith you will also see that all the entries after verifex are not showing.....
Filling up the Blacksmiths queue... I wonder how many items it can take?

There's no record of those items leaving the users either in the user's transfer logs.....
