Who said that Scotland as a nation were rubbish at sport? We have our very own world champions.

So the Duke's national team beat the guys from the Nepalese intramural national park team? You must be so proud.

Possible best line ever from the sports' pages: If a player falls off an elephant, play is stopped while the player remounts.

Beast Masters too! Bravo!

Just because the good 'ole US of A couldn't muster a team don't go getting all sarcastic at the success of my nation.

I can see this sport taking the place of events such as American Football or maybe even soccer some time in the future.

Maybe you could have the American Football and Elephant Polo played on the same field, that would be great entertainment.

The Footballers would have to try and score while dodging all the Elephant...

Mmmm. I'm thinking, Elephant Blender....now there's an idea for a game.......

AdminG Beee December 7 2005 8:40 AM EST

I like the way you're thinking Xiaz. You'd have to change the name from "American" football to just plain old football. No wait, that wouldn't work - maybe it could be called Eleball or Footphant :)

Hmm... would it be a foul or a goal if an elephant steps on one of the players? ;)

AdminShade December 7 2005 11:06 AM EST

A foul I think.

but G, congrats!

I was going to say how dare you suggest something replace football and soccer but...I dare say more teeth could be knocked out in that game! =] [ Yay Elephant Polo!
