why the heck has a supporter item ended up on half the enchanters of the upper teams...maybe a little too powerful?
Hell yeah! The TSA has joined my list along side with the MgS as 'must have' items to be sucessful...
I've only had mine for a little while and pumped it with money earned, but it's already +26.
Granted it's magical reduction decays, but it doesn't have any of the restrictions a MgS has...
when the TSA ends up mage armor...it might be a little overpowered...

But there's a 5% magic penalty on a mage and there's also the decaying effect so I guess it pretty alright.
5% easily off put by a pair of Alatar's. The only conisderation is hwere you want to use your Tattoo...

Negative 5% to Direct Damage Spells (DD) cast by the wearer.
Negative 3.75% to Enchant Offense Spells (EO) cast by the wearer
Negative 3.333% to Enchant Defense Spells (ED) cast by the wearer
This means, to compensate you need:
a pair of +5 Alatar's Gloves or, a +5 Cloak of the Istari and, a +2 Cornuthaum.
Doesn't seem overpowered imo seeing as these other items also have their prices.
Not really mage armor considering the strenght bonus and the magic reduction works great on tanks. :)

edyit, apparently it also works great on mages. :)
or enchanters, or anything...
Give it a magic penalty of equal to it's protection, that'll end this
