Well: nobody has added any info about it yet.
Wasn't it based on 2/3 of the amount of experience your character has in NW of the weapons?

I think that's what he was implying: to add information, but he doesn't know where. I think you should make it either way so it's available for someone to add something. :)

Is there any way of calculating experience trained based on mpr? That way, it will be easier to calculate the weapon nw allowance.

MPR is just that, XP you have trained ;)

What I mean is for a certain level of mpr, say 100k, how much of trained experience will the character have?

quite hard to have an exact calculation, but for your own MPR you can calculate how much exp you have.
train -> check unlearn prices and the % ratio you get back.
