Well it seems like the MPR bug symptoms are re-appearing. My exp to MPR ratio seems to be unordinary.
tried the old trick of training a couple xp into str and untraining, no real change to mpr...

I trained / untrained a couple of points of strength on an enchanter and my MPR didn't move - doesn't look like the bug is back.
