i got a message that i got outbid for an item.
when i goto the chatmail screen to see whether i got any CMs that message is still under undelivered to you. the same thing happens at my home page but i can refresh it by clicking on assign selected items.
Question is, how can i refresh the chatmail screen?

Go to the chatmail screen again. And if that doesn't help, refresh that particular frame the hard way, it will most likely be cached...

quit using a browser that ignores CB's instructions to not cache certain pages
