The store gave me a notice that i had bought too many items:
Your Character exceeded his inventory limit of 10, or you exceeded the maximum number of purchases (8) in a 20 minute period.
The following items were not purchased:
I bought 9 stacks of Bolts, in which the number of purchases (8) was already exceeded, so something isn't right there...
Either fix it or make the (8) into a (9) :p

OOOOh, in other words, you bought 9 stacks of bolts, and it didn't STOP you from buying the ninth, there isn't anything after "the following items were not purchased:"

Indeed, I was able to buy 9 of the 10 stacks of bolts I selected.
