we just tested this in chat.
had 71 BA before 15:30 and its now 15:33 and still no BA received.
but we should be receiving at 15:35
So this is weird because we used to get at every :10 :20 :30 and do on...
yep, just hit 35, BA went up
It is every 10 minutes, just the wrong 10 minutes...lol
But yes, i had 20, now i have 28 finally at 15:35 EST

Doesn't the clock start based on when the cache flush finished?
GB, i would still think it would start at the :00 time marker, after flush. At least it has since ive known it to refresh BA.

G_Beee: would the cache flush then normally take either 0 or 10 minutes and today 5 minutes?
because it always used to be at a :x0 .... ?
right at 45 it went up to 36 BA for me. at 15:45:00

Dunno how long it took today and sounds like it's nothing to do with the issue you are seeing atm (I didn't quite get your first post I guess) but yes the cache flush can take anything from 0 to 20 mins.
It's been nothing like 20 mins and more like 1 or 2 mins only for quite some time now though.

And here I thought we were going back to a 5 minute BA refresh rate. :P
it would b nice to have a clock on the main page..... anyone else agree with me?, cause cb time is different from the time where i live...
there is a clock on the community page

Having it on main page would confuse too many users, who complain that it's lagging by a few minutes, or a few hours - depending on for how long they were afk.

I'll take it this was sorted out by this morning's cache flush? I was hitting ba refresh at odd times yesterday. But I'm back to normal (as normal as I get...) now.....
If you seriously want to be able to know what time it is CB land do what I have a clock on my desk that uses CB time.
