Can we re-enable rentals for RoE's? (in General)

It's the only tattoo that doesn't benefit from levelling when rented, so I'm wondering if the no tattoo rental should apply to this one as well. It would be nice to have them in circulation and set a market system to rent them. The owner has no benefit other than the rental fee, same as a normal item rental.

Thoughts?

I don't expect it to happen, but it would be nice for new users to be able to find an RoE right off the bat.

Seems to be the trend for NCB rather than NUB players.

I think most NUB players could seriously benefit from having an RoE on for the first couple days, get your max tat up to 100k in half a day and buy an already upped familar instead of trying to level it yourself..

novice: most, if not all, NUB players don't have the money to buy that 100k level tattoo ;)

The 100k tats are not that expensive with NUB cash bonuses for the same time period.
