so atm, Central Bank owns 31.78% of all total amount of liquid assets, quite a lot but still funny imo :)

nope; Central Bank is funded by the fees associated with transfers/auctions/rentals

I've put 100k into Central Bank recently just through Nuisance fees so I could see how CB would easily have that much of the money in rotation right now.
