Clan bonus bug? (in Off-topic)

i just switched my characters in the clan yet i'm still recieving the bonus. usually the bonus doesnt apply to characters that are not in the clan right?

I have noticed that there is a slight delay when you add a character and remove one from the clan. It stops after about half an hour or so. Until that time you get the bonus on both characters. I guess it takes that long for the system to update.
