Ideas to make Forging more interesting (in General)

It's always kind of bothered me that the only incentive to 'do well' forging, i.e. forge to the correct times consistently without messing up, was the waste of BA. So I was thinking that a good way to reward those who are 'good' at forging would be to give them an additional very small percentage of RPM that increases the more cycles the forger completes correctly... Any comments/suggestions? Please, post your own forging ideas... it seems to need something more to it if it's going to be the sole economic activity of the game.

Maybe Jon could send a bevy of dancing girls to entertain you when you're forging. :P

hmmm maybe Jon could make a new item.. " A Golden Forge Hammer " for 6 bucks USD you too can have one.The higher it is forged up ,when equipped on a minion, Instead of the x and + being damage and hits...could be extra RPM's for them...not all my ideas are bad ones :) But I dont really think jon cares much for any economic activity in this game..he worked so long and hard to kill it you know ..and this goes a long way back hes been doing just that

Go and read the FORS on the likelihood of a forging skill...

i always thought the incentive to good forging was getting a stronger weapon/armor sooner. that, or getting paid to do a simple job

This game is boring...why make the forging anything different?

I'm having fun picturing opponents coming in and slaughtering me while I try and work...at least I have the advantage of not needing a fire in the forge.
